Orders ship in 2 business days on average, with two exceptions – during & after sales, and after new releases. Each order will be shipped as quickly as possible, but is ultimately a function of order volume. When your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery window on behalf of USPS, although domestic shipping usually takes 2-5 days. It is not unusual for a package to go several days without scans, or miss scans completely. If you are experiencing an issue with the delivery of your package where it is marked “delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please check with your neighbors and/or contact your local USPS and ask them to verify the GPS coordinates where the package was scanned “delivered”.
